Cancellation & Deposit Policy (Virtual Shop)

Deposit Policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
  • The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
  • The deposit is required to hold the appointment and is not refundable in case of cancellation, but can be transferred to a new appointment if given 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No cancellation fee
  • In case of no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited but will not be charged the full amount of the service.
  • In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
